ABOUT Racing on the Spectrum
Racing on the Spectrum follows the journeys of three racecar drivers living with autism. NASCAR racer Armani Williams, BRITCAR racer Bobby Trundley, and two-time Canadian Radical Cup champion Austin Riley are the first professional drivers to openly discuss their autism. This documentary in early production interweaves their coming of age stories as they navigate their autism-related challenges and strengths through life’s turns.
The project extends well beyond filmmaking, fostering awareness and acceptance, beginning with a robust education partnership with PBS LearningMedia’s American Creed initiative this school year, and an exciting new partnership with Microsoft’s Employee Giving Campaign.
